Rebecca Zamolo and Matt Slays along with Maddie try to bring back the hypnotized Daniel who works for the GMI! Rebecca recently tried being trolls in real li. Games help participants move the focus away from individual points of view to generate opportunities for resolution. The project manager gives each team member a piece of paper and poses a scenario. He asks each participant to name the problem, draw a symbol for it in the center of the page and list several advantages and disadvantages for. Founded by philanthropist and Outlander star Sam Heughan, My Peak Challenge is a global movement dedicated to educating and inspiring its members to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives while raising funds to change lives.

Timing: 40-50 min
Material: LEGO 3in1 creator kits.
Overview:
The product description is in one part of the room, PO and DevTeam in the other. PO is not allowed to show it to DevTeam, but can inspect the plan as often it’s needed – PO has to “walk & talk” – real challenges for traditional-minded product development departments.

Learning Points:

  • Communicate with DevTeams as clear as possible,
  • Describe the requirements and product vision to DevTeams as precise as needed,
  • Micro-manage the project vs. DevTeam self-organisation,
  • Handle locally distributed DevTeams,
  • Expierence waterfall- vs. agile driven product development project.

I developed the game and presented it at several conferences and Scrum Gatherings. A website with video is available

Project MFG is hosting limited-access, socially-distanced live-action events that meet CDC Covid-19 safety guidelines in communities around the country.

These Project MFG events replicate a manufacturing floor experience in real-time and are designed to generate interest and engagement among the skilled trades, and also unite local institutions, communities, and educational leaders who train, hire and nurture them.

The best and brightest up-and-coming manufacturing trade professionals will demonstrate problem-solving abilities and technological aptitudes required in the manufacturing trades of the next generation of welders, machinists, engineers, programmers, metrologists, mechanics, and fabricators
